📍 Location: Perth & Kinross
⏳ Flexible Hours | Up to 35 Hours Per Week
💷 Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour
This role requires registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). The required qualification for this position is SVQ Level 3 in Social Care. For more information about SSSC registration, visit: Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)

Anchor House is looking for a dedicated Outreach Worker to join our team, providing vital support to vulnerable adults across Perth and Kinross. If you have a passion for making a difference and supporting individuals to maintain their independence, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role
As an Outreach Worker, you will provide high-quality specialist support (non-personal care) to assist clients in living independantly and improving their well-being. Your role will include:
✔ Supporting individuals to develop independent living skills
✔ Delivering support as outlined in support plans compiled by Soical Work teams.
✔ Assisting with day-to-day activities such as budgeting, form-filling, getting out and about.
✔ Encouraging access to education, recreation, and social opportunities
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking compassionate individuals with:
✔ Experience in housing support, social care, or related fields
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work flexibly and independently
✔ A commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals with respect and dignity
A full driving licence is needed for this role.
