Our peer-led approach means that our team has lived experience and understands the challenges you may be facing, ensuring support that is empathetic and relatable.
2. Who can access The Neuk’s services?
Our services are open to anyone aged 16 and over who needs support with mental health issues, regardless of background or circumstances. We aim to help individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal thoughts, or any other emotional challenges.

9. Can I refer someone to The Neuk?
The Neuk was set up to encourage people to reach out for help themselves. However, we understand that from time to time, individuals may need assistance with this. Anyone can call on behalf of someone else as long as the person seeking help is with them during the call. We don’t call this a referral; we call it an introduction. This ensures the individual feels supported and included in the process from the very beginning and helps us provide the most effective and person-centred support.
